6. Berkeley physicists, who discovered that the dinosaurs and 70% of all other species on Earth were extinguished by an impact 65 million years ago, maintain, with 99% certainty, that we are now overdue for another such mega-catastrophe.

7. The Yellowstone supervolcano, which erupts catastrophically every 600,000 to 700,000 years, is preparing to blow. The most recent eruption of comparable magnitude, at Lake Toba, Indonesia, 74,000 years ago, led to the death of more than 90% of the world’s population at the time.

8. Eastern philosophies such the I Ching, Chinese book of changes, and also Hindu theology, have been plausibly interpreted as supporting the 2012 end date, as have a range of indigenous belief systems.

9. At least one scholarly interpretation of the Bible predicts that the Earth will be annihilated in 2012. The burgeoning Armageddonist movement of Muslims, Christians and Jews actively seeks to precipitate the final End-Times battle.

und, wie bereitet ihr euch vor?

garnicht. als mitglied von fiat lux werd ich ja im rettungs raumschiff mitgenommen am tag der apocalypse.

mag sein dass die erde irgendwann untergehen würde, aber bis dahin wurde sie eh längst vom menschen kaputt gebombt und komplett verstrahlt.

Laut Bibelcode sollte die Welt doch 2006 untergehen, aber 2012 ist auch ne schöne Zahl...
und selbst wenn: ich leb mein Leben bis dahin lieber ohne Sorgen so weiter wie bisher, als mir wegen so was den Kopf zu zerbrechen

ei jo die Erde wirds wohl irgendwann zerreißen. Ich glaube aber nicht das wir das noch miterleben und wenn können wir auch nix dran ändern. Mach ich mir gar keine Gedanken drüber.

also ich glaub ja auch ma das das hier alles erst zuende is wenn wir schon lange weg sind hier. aber würde mir jemand sagen, dass die welt zu 110% 2012 untergehen würde, dann würde ich wohl jetz mein abi machen, und dann würd ich n bissl arbeiten gehen u die letzten 2 jahre voll auf die kacke hauen
